Reservations & Cancellations.

details are required to make a reservation. We do not
To confirm a reservation we require the following details:-
- Your Name,
- House Number,
- A Contact Telephone Number,
- Debit/credit Card Number,
- Start and/or Expiry Date,
- Security Number (last 3 numbers on reverse of card).
Deposit Policy: A deposit, equivalent to the first nights’ stay, will be taken from your card at the time of making the reservation, this is non-refundable.
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Easter: Minimum stay 3 nights (Thursday to Monday).
Check-in Time: You can check-in anytime between 3pm and 6pm. This will allow us to plan our day around each of our guest arrivals and ensure we are available to greet you. Other times by prior arrangement.
Cancellations: If cancelled less than 5 days before the start of your stay or in case of a no-show, the remaining cost of your stay will be charged to your card.
If you shorten your stay after arrival, no refund will be given
You may wish to take out cancellation insurance to cover any losses.
